FlowEquity has over 2,500 employees, serves nearly 10,000 distributors, and won theFinancial Times Boldness in Business Award for Small Companies. The groupdistributes more than 30 million chickens to more than 5 million smallholdersannually in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, and Ghana.

Prior to founding Flow Equity, Joe worked forMcKinsey & Co. and the Jameel-Poverty Action Lab.
