Ekechi Nwokah

Ekechi Nwokah has 20 years of experience building distributed systems and data center infrastructure. He was a visiting professor at Purdue University before leaving academia to join SGI and NASA, where he built large parallel Altix and Origin machines, and was tech lead on COLUMBIA, the fastest supercomputer in the world in 2004. He is also anexpert in cloud infrastructure and security, having spent several years at Amazon AWS building cloud services. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
