Jane Kaggwa Snow

Jane Kaggwa Snow is the Founder of Impala Investment Holdings – the first Africa-based search fund. She is the Founder and CEO of Aquavita Holdings – the leading provider of water as service across East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania). Prior to raising her search Fund, Ms. Kaggwa executed private equity investments in Africa at Emerging Capital Partners and has advised clients on leveraged buyouts, equity and debt capital raising activities and mergers and acquisitions in the leveraged finance division of Citi Global Markets in New York. Ms. Kaggwa also worked for Bank of America’s middle market corporate banking division, working with middle market businesses to facilitate business transformations through implementation of restructuring initiatives. She holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
